Watercolor Painting Class

Watercolor class held by VPAS in the RARA building by Chris Bowring. Chris has previously taught Tai Chi and Watercoloring at MRSS both in person and virtually. He is an experienced artist and retired teacher. He has volunteered for many organizations including providing GED classes in the local jail system, leading travelling experiential learning programs, and meals on wheels.
