Our Aging With Confidence educational programs are usually one time workshops/presentations that help seniors to navigate the challenges that come with aging. Topics of discussion might include: financial planning, end-of-life planning, health and wellness, caregiving, home modifications and aging in place, travel, technology, and more.

Did you know that more than 1 in 4 adults over the age of 65 fall each year? Falls are not a normal part of aging and can be prevented! The Best Foot Forward Falls Prevention Fair will give you the opportunity to:
- Participate in Risk Assessments and Gait Testing
- Visit the Mobility Device Pit Stop
- Get answers at the 'Ask Me Anything' Booth
- Participate in a Car Fit Safety Assessment
Refreshments will be available and this event has proven to be quite popular, so register early!
