Our Aging With Confidence educational programs are usually one time workshops/presentations that help seniors to navigate the challenges that come with aging. Topics of discussion might include: financial planning, end-of-life planning, health and wellness, caregiving, home modifications and aging in place, travel, technology, and more.

Second Thursday is a welcoming monthly gathering where older adults in Highland County can reconnect with neighbors, make new friends, and remain engaged in community life. Each gathering will feature an enjoyable theme or activity, such as local history, music, gardening, storytelling, games, or seasonal programs. The program is designed to strengthen community connections, reduce social isolation, and provide a dependable place where everyone feels welcome.
